Seal Lubricant / Dielectric grease

  • Compatible with most seals

Butyl (rubber), EPDM, Hypalon, Kalrez, Neprene, Nitrile, Polyurethane, SBR, Viton

  • Excellent dielectric properties

    Functions as a dielectric grease

  • Wide temperature range

Effective lubricating tempertaure of -40°C to 230°C with peak intermittent temp range up to 300°C. ( -40°F to 446°F – peak 572°F)

  • Extreme Pressure / Anti-Friction Additives

Suitable for moderate loads and serves as a friction reducer to combat wear on rolling or sliding surfaces.

  • Highly water resistant

    Excellent water washoff characteristics.

Tom-Pac® TP-2800 is a fully synthetic silicone grease that can be used for a multitude of specialized applications.  It is compatible with most types of seals, is highly water resistant, has EP additives for wear and load, and has a wide temperature range. It also has excellent dielectric properties.

Where to Use:

• In applications where seal compatibilty is a concern. (See compatibility list below)

• Applications that require a dielectric grease

• It contains EP additives and can be used in bearings under moderate load unlike other silicone greases.

How to apply:

Most automatic and semi automatic lubrication systems are acceptable delivery methods. Adjust intervals accordingly. TP-2800 should be applied to a clean bearing or surface in good condition. Mixing with non silicone lubricants is not advised.
